GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Head Coach Kelly Rae Finley announced that Florida women’s basketball has secured commitments from two standout guards this signing period. Arynn Finley (Etiwanda High School, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) and Kennedy Holman (Hamilton Southeastern High School, Fishers, Ind.) officially confirmed their collegiate plans today.

Arynn Finley

Ranked No. 48 nationally by ESPNW and No. 55 by 247Sports.com, Finley comes from one of California’s premier programs. Etiwanda has consistently finished among the nation’s top three teams during each of her three seasons.

As a junior, she guided Etiwanda to a 28-5 overall record, including a perfect 7-0 in league play, earning the number one in the nation ranking from The Sporting News and capturing a third consecutive Open Division state championship. Her sophomore season featured a 32-2 record and a flawless 10-0 conference mark, while her freshman year added another 10-0 league run and a 32-3 overall record, finishing third in the state.

Coach Finley shared: "Arynn brings a combination of grit, skill and team-first mentality to our program. She's the kind of competitor who not only impacts on and off the court, but elevates everyone around her. We're proud to welcome her to the Gator family and excited to have her in Gainesville."

Kennedy Holman

Holman is ranked No. 53 nationally by both ESPNW and 247Sports.com. . Early in her senior season, she has averaged 16.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.5 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game.

Her team at Hamilton Southeastern posted a 27-1 record last year, with the only loss coming in postseason play against Warsaw (IN). As a sophomore, the Lions finished 22-4, and during her freshman campaign, they recorded a 21-3 mark.

Coach Finley praised her addition: "Kennedy is a competitor who plays with poise, purpose, and passion. She embodies what it means to be a Gator—she's driven, team-minded, and committed to growth on and off the court. We're thrilled to welcome her to the Gator family."
