Liv McGill finished week three of SEC play with 31-points and 15 rebounds, proving her versatility on both ends of the floor.
The Southeastern Conference announced its weekly awards, naming Liv McGill as SEC Freshman of the Week. The honor follows her standout stretch in which she delivered Florida’s first triple‑double since 2017 and posted consecutive double‑digit scoring performances.
McGill’s triple‑double against Missouri was the centerpiece of her week, as she finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. In Columbia, she led the Gators in assists (10), rebounds (11), and steals (2), playing a pivotal role in Florida’s 26‑point win over Mizzou.
Earlier in the week, McGill reached double figures with 10 points against No. 12 Kentucky (1/9/25), while connecting on 67% of her three‑point attempts to pace Florida from beyond the arc.
Across both games, McGill totaled 31 points, 15 rebounds, and 12 assists, showcasing her impact on both ends of the floor.
