
Florida men’s basketball standouts Walter Clayton Jr., a senior guard, and Alex Condon, a sophomore forward/center, have received All-Southeastern Conference recognition from media outlets, adding to the awards they previously earned from league coaches.
Clayton was selected to the Associated Press and USA Today First-Team All-SEC, while Condon secured Second-Team honors from USA Today.
Together, the duo has been instrumental in guiding the Gators to 27 victories during the regular season. Florida heads into the SEC Tournament ranked No. 4 nationally, highlighted by three wins over top-10 opponents, including two on the road.
The Gators return to play Friday at 7 p.m. EDT as the No. 2 seed in the SEC Tournament in Nashville, where they will face LSU, Mississippi State, or Missouri in the quarterfinals.
